This policy explains what information Coastal Keystone Builders, operated by Luxe Enterprise Group LLC (“we,” “us”), collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because the site does one thing: let you request a walkthrough.
What we collect
When you submit the walkthrough request form, we collect the details you provide:
- Your name and company
- Your email and phone number
- The property address and project details you choose to share (role, service, timeline, budget, and scope)
- How you heard about us, if you tell us
To limit spam and abuse of the form, we also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address. This is a scrambled fingerprint used only to rate-limit submissions — it cannot be reversed back into your actual address.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this website. We do not build advertising profiles.
Third parties the page contacts
Loading this page makes a few requests your browser handles automatically:
- Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, which involves your browser contacting Google.
- Unsplash serves one hero photograph.
These providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files. We share nothing else with them.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule a walkthrough
- To prepare an estimate and, if you engage us, to manage your project
- To keep the form working and free of abuse
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent securely to our project system and stored with our hosting and database providers (Netlify and Supabase), who process the data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Access is limited to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep lead information for as long as needed to follow up and, if you become a client, for the life of the project and any period required for recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Contact us using the request form on our homepage and we will take care of it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the form is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and stored data is protected by our providers’ access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share.
Children
This site is for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
